Visiting a dentist office is one of my least favorite activities. I don't like the idea of hearing that drilling sound which makes me cringe even the thought. After a long over due visit, I step into Shanna Chirco's office. Her friendly and accommodating staff made me feel at ease--Claudia and Barbara. There are others but I did not get their names. All others were very helpful. This type of environment made me feel calm and a willing patient. I was able to listen and grasp Dr. Shanna's through explanation of the procedure to come in a step by step fashion. I have confidences now to start my regular dental cleaning visits. Thank You all Dr. Shanna and Staff!
